You’ll work directly with physicians, nursing homes, home health agencies, and hospice providers across Lafayette, Broussard, Youngsville, New Iberia, and surrounding areas.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform high-quality mobile X-ray exams in nursing homes, rehabilitation hospitals, home health, and hospice environments.\nOperate and maintain company-provided imaging equipment and vehicle.\nEnsure compliance with Alpha One Imaging’s safety, quality, and clinical standards, as well as state and federal regulations.\nAccurately upload images and documentation for radiologist interpretation.\nCommunicate effectively and professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and internal staff.\nDemonstrate strong time management and independent decision-making skills while on the road.\nSchedule Options\nFull-time, Part-time, or PRN opportunities available.\nFlexible scheduling: choose from 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts.\nAverage 30–40+ hours per week for full-time; flexible part-time options include weekends, short shifts, or 1–2 days per week.\nTechnologists begin and end their workday from home and may return home between exams when not on assignment.\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive hourly base pay + per-exam pay (earning potential above industry average).\nPerformance bonuses and commissions available.\nCompany vehicle provided for all work hours.\nInsurance stipend and paid holidays.\nOpportunities for advancement into lead and training positions as Alpha One expands across Louisiana.\nSupportive leadership, positive team culture, and a strong focus on work-life balance.\nQualifications\nCurrent ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist).\nActive Louisiana Radiologic Technologist license.\nValid driver’s license and clean driving record.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage time effectively.\nMobile or portable X-ray experience preferred but not required – training provided.\nWhy Alpha One Imaging?\nAt Alpha One, we hold ourselves to a higher professional and clinical standard.
