In this role, you will assemble, build, and test precision hydraulic components according to engineering blueprints and Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP).\n\nIf you have hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, reading pressure gauges, and fine mechanical assembly, we want to hear from you!\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n* *Assembly & Fabrication:* Build hydraulic assemblies using arbor presses, micro-drills, lathes, and specialized fixtures.\n* *Testing & Data Logging:* Perform ATP testing, set up test stands, read pressure/flow meters, and accurately record test data.\n* *Precision Finishing:* Perform swaging (37° and 45° conical), torque sealing, lock-wiring, and micro-laser welding.\n* *Troubleshooting:* Identify causes for test failures, rework rejected parts, and suggest corrective actions.\n* *Quality & Safety:* Read technical blueprints, maintain a clean workstation, and safely handle tools and cleaning chemicals.\n\n*Qualifications*\n\n* Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on *hydraulic assembly and testing* experience.\n* Ability to read blueprints, understand basic hydraulic concepts, and use measuring devices/gauges.\n* High School Diploma or GED required.\n* Certification in Hydraulic Principles is a big plus!\n* Ability to stand, handle small parts, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs in a shop environment.\n\n*Perks & Benefits*\n\n* 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) with 3-day weekends every week!\n* Supportive team environment with career growth potential.\n\nReady to apply?
