AAIM is looking for a Strategic HR Advisor who knows how to open doors, stay in motion, and close business.Our Strategic HR Advisors serve as a key connection point between employers and the HR solutions that help them succeed. You will prospect for new business, grow relationships with existing members, and position AAIM's services and technology as strategic solutions to real business challenges.This is not a passive account management position. It is a role for someone who is energized by pursuing opportunities, building a pipeline, following through relentlessly, and turning conversations into action.
