This role is responsible for the full project lifecycle—from planning and coordination through implementation and closeout—ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality. Learn more at www.isg.nyc.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and implementation of the awarded scope for all assigned projects.Generate submittal packages including material samples, manufacturer cut sheets, and scope clarifications.Develop full-scale shop drawings for review by interior designers and architects, to be used for future cabinet production.Attend on-site project meetings as required by the general contractor.Obtain and document VIF (Verify in Field) dimensions, site photos, and notes.Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and required resources.Plan and schedule project timelines and activities.Manage and track project budgets and expenses.Monitor project deliverables using project management tools.Provide guidance, support, and leadership to the project team.Monitor quality assurance and project compliance.Implement and manage project changes or interventions as necessary.Evaluate project outcomes and prepare post-completion assessments.Develop and maintain project communication strategies and plans with internal stakeholders and clients.Source external suppliers and create effective procurement strategies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing high-end millwork and/or glazing construction projects.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.OSHA 40 certification required.Strong knowledge of architectural details and custom fabrication methods.Highly organized, with strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.BenefitsWeekly Pay CycleYear-End Bonus OpportunitiesGenerous PTO Policy: 1 week vacation after 90 days + 6 paid holidays 2 weeks vacation after 3 years + 6 paid holidays 3 weeks vacation after 5 years + 6 paid holidaysPaid Training and CertificationsApprenticeship & Mentorship ProgramCompany-Provided Uniforms & Safety EquipmentTech Package (smartphone or tablet)Career Development & Growth OpportunitiesSupportive, Team-Oriented Work EnvironmentScheduleFull-Time – Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PMLocationThis is an on-site role based in Ronkonkoma, NY, serving projects throughout the New York City metro area.Equal Employment OpportunityWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
