Configurations:Optimize Salesforce configurations to meet business requirements and improve user experience. Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Expertise:Utilize your deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to implement effective solutions that support sales and service operations. Agentforce Utilization:Leverage Agentforce capabilities to enhance agent productivity and streamline workflows. Team Leadership:Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth. Expert-Level Understanding:Demonstrate expert-level understanding of Salesforce technology, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. Best Practices Guidance:Guide teams on best practices for configurations and customization, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. CI/CD Proficiency:Showcase proficiency in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes using tools like Gearset to streamline development workflows. Development:Hand-on development in Apex, LWC , Integrations and adopt and/or advise on the CI/CD framework within the clientele Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Salesforce developer with expertise in Apex, LWC, Batch/Asynchronous modes, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Integrations & Agentforce. Sales Cloud, Agentforce, PD1 and PD2certified Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
