These opportunities are remote, career-building projects that match interests, industries, and experience levels.Role Description:We have a variety of remote tax projects with clients across the US; these clients consist of CPA firms who are looking for project assistance throughout busy seasons as well as special projects year-round.These are remote, career-building project opportunities with cutting-edge firms that are embracing the gig economy within the CPA profession. Projects can be either part-time or full-time and are typically 2-3 months long with the potential to extend.Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of public accounting experience3+ years of experience reviewing tax returnsCPA, Enrolled Agent, or Master in Taxation preferredActive PTINTechnical tax competencies in preparing tax returnsHigh proficiency with tax, accounting, and office software applicationsAbility to research tax issues and perform value added tax planningAbility to work independently and in a team environmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeA resident of the United StatesAuthorized to work in the United States We would love to speak with you if you have experience in 1 or more of the following:Individual / Small Business tax complianceLarge corporate tax compliance and tax planningTax provisionsTax research (federal, SALT, etc.)R&D Tax CreditsM&A Taxes and Tax diligenceInternational Taxes Why Beech Valley?
