You will work across both front-end and back-end development, helping create clean user interfaces, reliable database structures, AI workflow integrations, and product features that make the platform more useful.You will work closely with the founder and team to design, develop, test, and improve core parts of the product. This role is a good fit for someone who likes startup environments, wants room to grow, and is excited by the idea of building tools that may change quickly as we test, learn, and improve.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain front-end and back-end features for PersonaOSCreate clean, responsive, and easy-to-use interfacesConnect front-end experiences to databases, APIs, and AI workflowsHelp integrate workflow tools, automation systems, and AI APIsTest new ideas quickly and help turn rough concepts into working product featuresDebug issues, improve performance, and maintain clean codeCollaborate on product decisions, user flows, and technical implementationHelp shape the platform as it grows from early-stage product into a larger systemQualificationsExperience with full-stack developmentStrong front-end development skillsExperience with back-end web development and software development practicesAbility to write clean, efficient, and maintainable codeExperience connecting front-end and back-end systemsProficiency with modern web technologies, frameworks, and toolsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environmentGood communication and collaboration skillsExperience with AI tools, automation, APIs, or workflow builders is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is helpful, but equivalent experience is also welcomeIdeal FitYou are someone who likes building, testing, and improving.
