Customer Service Representative

Looking for dedicated and detailed-oriented applicants for customer service/data entry position. Must have experience working in logistics within a warehouse/CFS warehouse. (minimum 1-2 years) Must be able to communicate clearly and strongly with customers, vendors, employees, and truckers. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word). Answer phone calls and respond to emails. Strong data entry skills required. Provide shipment updates & information on freight availability. Upload photos, create tallies and document information into the system. Provide warehouse staff with instructions for devanning and palletizing. Create invoices and credit memos. Process & assist with drivers' paperwork at pickup window. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced & time-sensitive environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual speaker preferred. Spanish and/or Chinese speaker. Perform other duties as assigned.
