This role ensures test data accuracy, availability, and privacy compliance, enabling consistent and repeatable quality validation throughout development, integration, and release cycles.\r\nRequirements\r\nU.S Citizenship required.\r\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.\r\nThis position is remote but may require occasional onsite meetings in McLean, VA.\r\nYou can be based out of following states: AZ, DC, FL, GA, OH, ME, MD, SC, TX, UT, VA, NC, OK, WV.\r\nQualification And Experience\r\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.\r\nAt least 7 years of experience managing test data or database-driven test support activities.\r\nStrong experience with Oracle RDS and SQL/PL-SQL.\r\nExperience developing and maintaining stored procedures and functions.\r\nExperience with query optimization, execution plans, materialized views, and partitioning.\r\nExperience performing ETL/ELT data transformations for test data preparation.\r\nExperience working with JSON, CSV, and XML data export and import.\r\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\r\nAbility to work collaboratively with QA, engineering, and operations teams.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience supporting automated and manual testing teams.\r\nExperience managing test data across multiple environments.\r\nExperience operating in regulated or enterprise environments.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nTest Data Strategy and Management\r\nDesign and manage test data strategies to support functional, integration, regression, and system testing.\r\nEnsure test data sets are consistent, reusable, and aligned with testing objectives.\r\nTest Data Creation And Maintenance\r\nCreate and maintain test data using Oracle RDS and SQL/PL-SQL.\r\nDevelop and manage stored procedures and functions to generate and refresh test data.\r\nData Transformation And Preparation\r\nDesign and execute ETL/ELT data transformations to prepare test data for multiple environments.\r\nSupport data partitioning and materialized views to optimize test data access and performance.\r\nData Accuracy And Validation\r\nValidate test data accuracy and completeness to ensure reliable test outcomes.\r\nSupport reconciliation of test data across environments.\r\nPerformance And Optimization\r\nApply query optimization techniques and analyze execution plans to ensure efficient test data operations.\r\nSupport performance tuning related to test data usage.\r\nData Export And Import Operations\r\nManage test data export and import using JSON, CSV, and XML formats.\r\nEnsure data integrity during data movement between environments.\r\nPrivacy And Compliance Support\r\nEnsure test data complies with privacy and data handling requirements.\r\nSupport masking, anonymization, or controlled use of sensitive data where applicable.\r\nEnvironment Coordination\r\nCoordinate availability of test data across development, test, and integration environments.\r\nEnsure test teams have timely access to required data sets.\r\nDocumentation And Traceability\r\nDocument test data sources, structures, refresh processes, and usage guidelines.\r\nMaintain clear records to support repeatability and auditability of test data.\r\nContinuous Improvement\r\nIdentify opportunities to improve test data processes, automation, and reliability.\r\nRefine test data approaches to better support evolving testing needs.\r\nCompensation And Benefits\r\nAt NDi, we value our team and are committed to retaining top talent by offering competitive benefits and compensation packages.
