This individual works closely with customers, service teams, engineering resources, and leadership to define project goals, develop execution plans, and successfully deliver projects from initiation through closeout.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nResponsible for meeting scope, schedule, quality, and budget commitments throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead project planning activities and develop execution strategies that ensure successful project delivery.\nManage project financials, forecasting, cost control, billing, and profitability.\nImplement and enforce change management processes for scope, schedule, resources, and budget adjustments.\nCoordinate internal resources and external partners to support project execution.\nManage subcontractors and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and on-time completion.\nMonitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities.\nFacilitate timely resolution and escalation of project issues when necessary.\nPartner with customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure overall project satisfaction.\nCoordinate project commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.\nPrepare and deliver final project documentation and ensure project completion requirements are met.\nReview project deliverables and maintain accurate project records and reporting.\nProvide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.\nWho will you report to?\nThis position reports to the Senior Project Manager.\nWhat skills and capabilities will make you successful?\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience managing Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS), HVAC controls, industrial automation, construction, service, or related technical projects.\nProven experience managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, and customer relationships.\nStrong understanding of project financial management, forecasting, and cost control.\nExperience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.\nDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nMust be able to travel up to 15%.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience as a Lead Automation Controls Engineer, Controls Specialist, Systems Integrator, or similar technical role.\nExperience managing BAS/BMS, HVAC controls, service retrofit, modernization, or controls installation projects.\nFamiliarity with commercial office, healthcare, education, manufacturing, industrial, or mission-critical facilities.\nKnowledge of Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO), Siemens, Automated Logic (ALC), Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Trane, or similar building automation platforms.\nWorking knowledge of HVAC systems, controls architecture, and building automation communication protocols.\nExperience leading customer-facing projects involving building automation, energy management, controls upgrades, or system integrations.\n(External) English Qualifications:\n\nWhat's in it for me?\n\nLead meaningful projects that directly impact customer success and organizational performance\nWork with diverse teams across technologies and geographies in a collaborative environment\nGrow your career with opportunities to expand your expertise and leadership capabilities\nBe part of a team that values quality, innovation, and continuous improvement\n\nReady to drive project excellence?
