You will be part of a team that is embedded in the daily operations to include a Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, Crafts Specialist, and Process Engineers. As a Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for the Mechanical Integrity and Reliability Programs.\n\nPrimary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:\n\nDevelops and manages equipment maintenance plans for area equipment including updating PM, PdM, CBM routines, and equipment lists in SAP\n\nConducts Critical Equipment Analysis and Criticality Assessments\n\nManages Critical Equipment lists tracks and analyzes reliability data on Critical Equipment\n\nDevelops Maintenance Strategies for equipment\n\nIdentifies and defines reliability improvements for daily maintenance as well as projects\n\nTroubleshoots long term equipment issues identifies critical spares and recommended spare parts inventory levels\n\nTracks, manages, and analyzes area asset reliability data\n\nManages area equipment files and documentation\n\nConducts RCIs and incident investigations for equipment failures\n\nConducts daily job site inspections and walkthroughs identifies and scope potential reliability improvement projects\n\nFacilitates area Maintenance planning and execution meeting for outages\n\nProvides input to weekly maintenance schedules\n\nAssists with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs\n\nParticipates in Process Hazard Analysis (PHAs) including PSSR and Management of Change (MOCs)\n\nProvides oversight of stores equipment repairs on and off site participates in safety programs and initiatives\n\nIdeal Background\nEducation: Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university is required.\n\nCertification: Professional Engineering registration is highly preferred.\n\nExperience: This position requires 5 or more years of relevant industrial experience in reliability engineering.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:\n\nProactive problem-solving approach\n\nProficient with MS Office suite\n\nKnowledge of a maintenance scheduling tool\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with stakeholders throughout the plant to solve problems\n\nAbility to organize and prioritize\n\nPreferred Qualifications Experience using SAP Preventative Maintenance module\n\nPrevious experience working in a PSM plant\n\nKnowledge of Engineering codes and standards such as ASME, API, ANSI, etc\n\nKnowledge of machinery lubrication\n\nKnowledge of equipment monitoring such as Vibration Analysis, Ultrasound, Oil Analysis and Infrared Thermography\n\nUnderstanding of industry design, repair standards and maintenance practices\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nAbility to sit or stand for long periods of time.\n\nAbility to walk reasonable distances, potentially on uneven ground or catwalks, and ascend stairs.\n\nAbility to climb ladders and otherwise navigate through industrial/manufacturing settings and around equipment/installations.\n\nAbility to stoop, bend, crouch, kneel, and crawl.\n\nAbility to maneuver in confined spaces.\n\nAbility to reach with both arms.\n\nAbility to walk reasonable distances, potentially on uneven ground, and ascend stairs.\n\nHargrove Culture\nWe work to create an environment founded on trust, personal integrity, and a “team mentality” so that each person understands the value of their contributions both on a project and company-wide level.
