This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training strategies that ensure workforce readiness, accelerate user adoption, and support successful enterprise technology deployments.The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading cross-functional training programs, managing complex projects, collaborating with executive stakeholders, and delivering learning solutions that improve employee performance and organizational readiness within large enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise training programs supporting system implementations and business transformation initiatives• Manage multiple concurrent projects including project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations• Conduct organizational impact assessments and training needs analyses to develop role-based learning strategies and workforce readiness plans• Lead the complete training lifecycle using ADDIE and Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) methodologies from analysis through continuous improvement• Partner with project managers, change management teams, business leaders, SMEs, instructional designers, and vendors to ensure successful training delivery• Develop training strategies that support employee adoption, knowledge transfer, and sustained operational performance• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, virtual learning technologies, and analytics tools to deploy and measure training effectiveness• Monitor learner engagement, adoption metrics, operational performance, and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while proactively communicating status to stakeholders• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled learning technologies and innovative training solutions to improve learner experiences and workforce capability• Ensure training programs meet safety, regulatory, compliance, and operational excellence requirements• Support ongoing maintenance and evolution of enterprise training programs as business processes and technologies programs in matrixed organizations• Strong project management experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting, implementation readiness, resource management, and risk mitigation• Experience conducting training needs analyses and translating business requirements into comprehensive learning strategies and curricula• Strong understanding of organizational change impacts and employee readiness planning• Experience partnering with project managers, business leaders, SMEs, and change management teams to support successful system deployments• Experience managing training vendors, contractors, and external learning partners• Experience utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, virtual learning environments, and reporting tools• Strong analytical, facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to influence without direct authority while managing competing priorities• 7+ years designing and developing technical or systems training materials• Stable work history within large enterprise organizationsDesired Skills• 10+ years leading enterprise systems or technical training initiatives• Experience leading training programs within the utility industry• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, ADDIE, SAT, and learning evaluation best practices• Experience supporting organizational change management and workforce readiness initiatives• Experience assessing business impacts and developing role-based training strategies• Knowledge of AI tools and emerging learning technologies to enhance learning effectiveness and employee adoption• Experience supporting enterprise system implementation lifecycles• Continuous
