Working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and supported by a skilled operational team under the guidance of a managing attorney, this role offers the opportunity to develop a well-rounded legal skill set.\n\nAs our Associate Attorney you’ll:\n\nRepresent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.\nDraft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.\nAttend court hearings in person and virtually.\nProvide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.\nDeliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.\n\nWhat You Bring:\n\nLicensed in Kentucky (required)\n2-5+ years (all qualified applicants considered)\nStrong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills\nDetail-oriented, organized, and driven\nExtra points for\nMulti-state licensure - (Indiana/Ohio preferred)\nLicensure to practice in Bankruptcy court\nLitigation, bankruptcy or collections experience\nLocation: Remote\nTravel: Local court-related travel required\n\nConditions of Work:\n\nAbility to sit or stand for long periods\nAbility to remain focused for extended periods\nAbility to work on computers for a significant portion of the day\nAbility to perform repetitive movements as required for positions (Typing, clicking, swiveling)\nAbility to multi-task\n\nReady to apply?
