Class A CDL Team Drivers – OTR – Home Weekly (Baton Rouge Region) We are hiring experienced Class A CDL pre-made teams for an OTR position offering consistent miles, late-model equipment, and weekly home time. This position hires drivers from the Baton Rouge, LA metro region, including parts of New Orleans. Pay & Miles • $0.80 CPM split ($0.40 CPM per driver) • 5,500+ miles per week (minimum) • Weekly pay via direct deposit • Consistent, year-round freight Home Time • Home weekly Equipment • Freightliner Cascadia • Volvo • Peterbilt • 2023 and newer equipment • Automatic transmissions • Permanently assigned trucks • Governed at 65–67 MPH • Equipped with: • Inverters • Refrigerators • APU or bunk heater Freight & Dispatch • 100% No-Touch Freight • No forced dispatch • No Haz-Mat loads Driver Requirements • Valid Class A CDL • Pre-made teams only • Minimum 18 months of OTR or Regional tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years • Up to 4 moving violations in the past 36 months • No more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months Holiday Pay • $50 bonus for working on: • New Year's Day • Memorial Day • Independence Day • Labor Day • Thanksgiving • Christmas Benefits • Full Health Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • Life Insurance • Short-Term Disability • Long-Term Disability • Benefits begin 1st of the month after 30 days • 401(k) Retirement Plan Apply today to secure a stable team driving position with excellent miles, modern equipment, and weekly home time.
