This role does not manage an ongoing client caseload or provide continuing care management after activation. Success in this position requires strong execution, accurate documentation, clear communication, and the ability to work independently while traveling mobile fingerprinting equipment accurately and according to established procedures and compliance requirements.\nEnsure fingerprint records and related documentation are complete, accurate, and submitted promptly.\nNew client activations:\nGuide clients and caregivers through required activation steps, forms, acknowledgments, and program documentation.\nEducate clients and caregivers on the onboarding process, program expectations, next steps, and available points of contact.\nCompliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.\nRole Model: Embody Entyre Care’s mission, values, and culture, acting as a role model for the team.\nWhat You Will Bring:\nBachelor's degree required, must be LSW or LISW, human services, social work, or a related field.\nAt least one year of experience working with elders or adults with disabilities.\nValid driver's license and automobile insurance, as regular travel within Ohio is required.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nClear, professional, and compassionate communication skills.\nBasic proficiency with laptops, tablets, mobile applications, web-based systems, email, and Microsoft
