Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.The OpportunityYou will take charge of diverse structural modifications, multi-trade asset repairs, and preventative facility maintenance across a premier commercial portfolio. This role provides the field independence to troubleshoot physical building systems while deploying advanced methods in carpentry, drywall, and finish trades.
