Role: Desktop Support Engineer Location: Palm Beach Gardan, FL (Onsite 5 Days a Week)Type: Contract  An onsite desktop/laptop/mobile devices IT support technician is responsible for providing hands-on technical assistance to end users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows and macOS devices. The role typically includes setting up and configuring new computers, installing and updating applications, performing routine maintenance, ensuring compliance with security policies, and coordinating repairs or replacements with vendors when needed. The technician also documents support activities in ServiceNow, communicates clearly with users of all technical levels, and works closely with other IT teams to maintain a reliable and efficient workplace computing environment.  Technician will diligently provide support and meet the agreed upon service performance metrics.
