Located in West Palm Beach, FL, we are dedicated to fostering growth, skill development, and a love for the game in players of all levels.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time / part-time, on-site role for a Baseball/Softball Instructor based in West Palm Beach, FL. The Instructor will work with athletes of varying ages and skill levels to improve their baseball/softball abilities, including batting, fielding, and overall physical performance. Responsibilities include creating tailored training plans, teaching and refining player techniques, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a positive and professional training environment. The role also involves building strong relationships with athletes and their families to enhance their overall experience.QualificationsProficient skills in Baseball and/or Softball techniques and fundamentalsStrong Instruction and Communication abilities to effectively teach athletes and provide feedbackAbility to provide excellent Customer Service and maintain positive interactions with athletes and their familiesExperience coaching or instructing athletes is a plusPassion for sports and athlete developmentRequired: Collegiate-level playing experience (baseball or softball)ScheduleMonday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PMSaturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PMAdditional hours as neededPay: $19.50 - $23.00 per hour
