Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and document discrepancies are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze 2D Excel spreadsheets and embedded fixture images to identify target shim log records and specifications.Navigate a 3D modeling/digital twin application to locate corresponding fixture units.Cross-reference 2D fixture information and Excel data against 3D representations.Accurately enter fixture and shim log information into the 3D application.Verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.Identify discrepancies between legacy 2D spreadsheet records and 3D models.Document and report inconsistencies for review by the engineering team.Maintain a high level of accuracy while processing technical and engineering-related data.Follow established data-entry, documentation, and quality-control procedures.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong data entry and computer skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet-based data.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to interpret and compare information from spreadsheets, images, and digital models.Ability to learn and navigate new software applications quickly.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with engineering and manufacturing teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or technical environment.Experience with 3D modeling, CAD, digital twin, or visualization applications.Experience working with technical drawings, fixture data, tooling information, or engineering documentation.Experience identifying and documenting data discrepancies or quality issues.Work EnvironmentThis is a hybrid position based in Normal, Illinois.
