Banquet Event Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Banquet Supervisor to lead banquet operations during events and ensure exceptional guest service. This role is responsible for supervising banquet staff, executing event setups, maintaining service standards, and supporting smooth event flow from start to finish at multiple locations with-in a 20 miles radius of our headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate banquet staff during events
Ensure proper setup, breakdown, and execution of banquet functions
Enforce service standards, safety guidelines, and company policies
Act as the main point of contact for staff during assigned events
Assist with staff scheduling, assignments, and timekeeping as needed
Resolve guest or service issues promptly and professionally
Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and event management teams
Ensure all equipment and function spaces are maintained and organized
Qualifications:
Previous banquet or hospitality supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand, walk, and move tables for extended periods
Knowledge of food service, banquet setups, and event flow
