The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable solutions, integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems, and supporting large-scale business applications.\nThis role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML-powered applications\nIntegrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows\nBuild and manage AI-driven automation pipelines using modern frameworks\nDevelop and maintain enterprise applications supporting real estate, facilities, or similar business domains\nDesign and implement data migration and integration solutions between enterprise systems\nBuild REST APIs and backend services using Python or Java-based frameworks\nDevelop and optimize workflows, reports, and business process automation\nEnsure high system performance, reliability, and scalability\nParticipate in SDLC activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused technology solutions\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong programming experience in Python and/or Java\nExperience working with AI/ML frameworks and LLM integrations\nKnowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, and AI workflow automation tools\nExperience with enterprise platforms and system integrations\nExperience building RESTful APIs and backend services\nFamiliarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)\nKnowledge of data pipelines and API integrations\nExperience with Agile methodologies\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working on enterprise real estate or facilities management platforms\nExposure to ERP system integrations\nExperience optimizing system performance and database queries\nCertification in AI, cloud, or enterprise platforms (preferred but not mandatory)\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile\n2 years of IT experience\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nSelf-motivated and adaptable to new technologies\nAttributes:\nWe are in search of a candidate who embodies passion, intelligence, and critical thinking skills.
