We are looking for motivated and energetic crew members to join our team to assemble, construct, and tear down greeting card fixtures in retail locations.PayThe starting pay is $17.60 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment (the listed rates are subject to change based on work location)After 6 months of employment the pay rate will increase to $18.60.After 1 year of continued employment the pay rate will increase to $19.50.Paid travel time to the job site when traveling in a company vehicleHotel and a per diem are paid for overnight travelFull Training: all necessary tools are providedAbility to speak, read, write, and understand English is required401(k) with company matchLocationBased out of Towanda, PA.HoursThe weekly average hours are 10 hours per week. The weekly hours may increase to an average of 20 hours per week around holidays.Primary Responsibilities:Construct greeting card shelves, racks, and displaysAbility to connect with team members and store associates effectivelyFollow instructions along with planograms/diagramsAssist the Installation Supervisor in gathering and moving materials necessary to complete the display reset
