This position is in Herndon, VA. The qualified applicant will become part of Peraton's Department of State (DOS) Consular Systems Modernization (CSM) Program, for the Bureau of Diplomatic Technology (DT). This initiative is intended to modernize and consolidate the operational environment under a common technology framework to better support the services provided to CA's customers.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities:\n\nUse your technical proficiency with MuleSoft to design and develop business functionalities using inbuilt CRM/CX technologies and functionalities.\nUnderstand Business Requirements, perform impact analysis and assess technical challenges/feasibility in achieving required business outcome.\nWork with stakeholders to design, develop, document, and implement solutions on the MuleSoft platformand API development standards.\nIdentify ongoing risks and pain points throughout the project, develop and implement mitigation measures.\nWork with system architects and support team members to address security and compliance (e.g. section 508, FISMA) requirements related to the setup of MuleSoft and Salesforce platform sandbox and development environments.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, CIS, BIT, Engineering, or related field and 5 (five) years' experience.\nAt least 4 years' direct experience in software development lifecycle.\nAt least 3 years of experience in development of enterprise-level MuleSoft projects throughout implementation lifecycles with demonstrable success.\n2-4 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.\nAt least 3 years of experience with API lifecycles in all stages.\nExperience with designing, development and implementing workflows.\nExperience and understanding business requirements, working with stakeholders, and implementing complex integrations.\nHands-on experience with implementing certificate-based security for Mule applications.\nExperience in Agile environments and methodologies.\nMust have an Active Secret (or higher) clearance.
