The Microservices Developer will be responsible for:Writing java spring boot based micro service applications utilizing AWS native technologiesUtilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3Building REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objectsImplement CI/CD principles utilizing Maven, Gitlab and GitOpsAgile development and delivery of softwareCommunication and collaboration: Software Development is a team-oriented discipline. Engineers need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders.ClearanceA current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.ExperienceBachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. 9 years or more of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.Required SkillsCI/CD Tools: AWS tools, Maven, Gitlab & GitOps; Kubernetes, dockerDevelopment in Cloud EnvironmentExperience with Rules EnginesDesired SkillsAWS Services (i.e. Lambda’s, Step functions, S3, etc.)Document-based stored (MongoDB, OpenSearch, etc.)Relational Data Store Familiarity ( RDS, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)Cucumber TestingBenefitsErias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits.
