General Position OverviewProvide Technical Support to Manufacturing TeamPerform Preventative MaintenanceProvide support for Continuous Improvement ImprovementSupports in Launch Process ReadinessSupports in Equipment Build, Design and ImprovementEssential Job FunctionsDemonstrates SoundOff Signal's Core Values in daily interactions with internal and external customers.Respond promptly to production issues and collaborate with the Operations and Engineering Teams for swift resolution.Performs preventative maintenance on equipment and maintains accurate equipment records.Maintains spare parts inventory and documentationMaintains a safe work environment by enforcing and complying with procedures, rules, regulations, and industry standards.Basic knowledge of Allen Bradley and Keyence Vision and Fanuc Robot SoftwareAble to perform job consistently and without excessive absenteeism or tardiness.Other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsTechnical Certification or associate's degree in a Related FieldUnderstanding of National Instruments Hardware and LabView Software PreferredUnderstanding of Allen Bradley, Keyence Vision and Fanuc Robot Software RequiredExperience in a Manufacturing Environment, with a focus on production support, maintenance and process improvement.General mechanical aptitude in a shop environment (hand tools, light duty power tools, calipers, etc.) beneficial.Excellent soldering skills.Proficiency of the basic Microsoft software packages including Word and Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work with people.Computer operationRegular attendanceWork cooperatively and professionally with others Physical RequirementsAble to lift up to 35 lbs.Able to stand, sit, walk, bend, twist, rotate, and/or reach throughout an entire shift.Must be able to accurately handle and assemble small parts.
