Manager, BPM Process Mining

To advance business process maturity across the organization, the full-time Manager, BPM Process Mining will establish and lead the enterprise BPM capability, focusing on governance, process architecture, and process intelligence while collaborating with business domain experts in a remote or onsite capacity. Key responsibilities Establish and lead the enterprise BPM capability, including vision, operating model, governance, and success metrics across business domains Define, maintain, and govern enterprise BPMN standards and process architecture to ensure consistency and scalability Partner with business domain SMEs to lead process discovery, validation, and target-state definition, ensuring enterprise alignment Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant experience, or equivalent work experience Experience with large-scale enterprise platforms such as ERP, Order to Cash (O2C), or CRM systems Strong expertise in BPMN and end-to-end process architecture across multiple business process domains Proven ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all organizational levels 8+ years of experience leading enterprise BPM, process excellence, or business transformation capabilities (preferred)
