Management Trainees explore all aspects of the electrical distribution field with a focus on business management, sales, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Key competencies include:\nBusiness Management\nSales\nOperations\nLeadership\nElectrical Supply Knowledge\nWarehouse & Business Operations\nSupplier Product Seminars\nCounter Sales\nInventory Control\nPurchasing\nCustomer Relations\nEach trainee’s development is a combination of mentoring via on-the-job training and supplemented with classroom and online module training. Trainees will visit manufacturing partners, vendors, and participate in many training/networking opportunities.\nWhile the position provides real on-the-job training, there is also online training related to electrical systems, sales, and management. No prior industry experience is necessary: we give you the tools needed to be successful with CED.
