This role ensures overall efficiency, productivity, and quality while overseeing daily operations within the inserting department.\nPrimary Duties & Responsibilities\nOversee all production activities to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.\nPerform quality control checks throughout the production process.\nProvide support to maximize team productivity and efficiency.\nRecord and report production data and performance metrics.\nEnsure overall efficiency and productivity of the inserting department.\nTroubleshoot equipment issues and operate machinery as needed.\nTrain employees on equipment operation and production processes.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nExperience operating WD Printing Machines and inserting equipment.\nAbility to run and troubleshoot Flowmaster and Phillipburg inserters.\nGeneral understanding of USPS regulations, mail sortation, and postage requirements.\nStrong communication and computer skills.\nExcellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work independently and remain self-motivated.\nAbility to perform effectively under time constraints.\nStrong leadership, motivational, and directional skills.\nPhysical ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and occasionally more.\nAbility to stand for extended periods, with frequent bending, twisting, and pulling.\nFlexibility with work schedule as needed.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nDirectly supervise production employees.\nCarry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.\nResponsibilities include:\nTraining employees\nPlanning, assigning, and directing work\nEvaluating performance\nAddressing complaints and resolving issues\nSupporting disciplinary and recognition processes\nQualifications\nTo perform this role successfully, candidates must meet the following requirements:\nAbility to set up, operate, and troubleshoot Flowmaster and Phillipburg inserters.\nStrong understanding of production processes and equipment.\nAbility to perform all essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\n1–3 years of related production or supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nBenefits\nHealth insurance\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\n401(k)\nPaid time off\nLocation: Frederick, MD Schedule: 3rd Shift (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM)\nMoore Company está comprometida con la creación de un entorno diverso y se enorgullece de ser un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
