Design Your Future at PVHSr. Design Manager, Womens Nike Underwear - PVHThe Senior Design Manager, Womens Nike Underwear role is a critical position in driving the design and development of women’s underwear, from initial concept through final production. This role is responsible for leading the creative direction of the category across multiple brands, with a strong focus on performance, innovation, and athlete-informed design. You will lead the end-to-end design process, mentor and develop junior talent, and ensure each collection aligns with brand vision, consumer insights, and evolving market trends. With a deep understanding of movement, fit, and performance, you will create product that supports the body in motion—balancing comfort, breathability, support, and durability. Working cross-functionally with product development, innovation, materials, and merchandising teams, you will help bring to life cutting-edge solutions through advanced fabrications, seamless construction, and precision fit. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
