All team members must provide excellent customer service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.\r\nJob Responsibilities:\r\nDeliver food to guests efficiently and ensure all requests are met.\r\nMonitor the expo line, run trays of food for dine-in, and assist guests with any questions.\r\nClear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors according to restaurant standards.\r\nRetrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.\r\nRestock and clean service stations as needed.\r\nOperate kitchen equipment such as coffee machines, iced tea machines, and POS systems.\r\nInteract courteously with guests and notify managers of quality or service concerns.\r\nFollow company policies, dress code, and safety procedures.\r\nAssist with greeting, seating guests, answering phones, and packaging takeout orders when necessary.\r\nSupport with beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service when required.\r\nJob Requirements:\r\nNo prior experience requiredtraining is provided.\r\nMust be at least 18 years old.\r\nPossess or obtain a current Food Handlers Card, where applicable.\r\nAbility to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift objects up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.\r\nStrong multitasking skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\r\nExcellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.\r\nWhy work for us?\r\nBecause its more than a job.
