You will work with patients recovering from injury or illness in a skilled nursing facility, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Active NJ Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum 1 year professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) required. Client requires SNF experience. Experience providing 5x8 patient treatment schedules in a long-term care or SNF setting preferred. Experience documenting skilled therapy notes and working within interdisciplinary teams preferred.
