Partnering with TPM means benefiting from a future-oriented insurance experience designed for those shaping the built environment.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Claims Oversight Manager located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Claims Oversight Manager will oversee our third-party claims administrator ("TPA"), participate in roundtables with our TPA and defense counsel, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Other responsibilities include analyzing claims data, updating our broker and carrier partners, and developing strategies to improve our TPA's claims handling and outcomes. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is a key aspect of the role.QualificationsExpertise in Claims Handling and Claims Management Strong background and knowledge of New York Labor Law claimsStrong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret claims data effectivelyIn-depth knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Claims processesExcellent communication, organization, and decision-making abilitiesBachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is preferredAbility to work on-site, as well as remote, and collaborate across teams effectively
