Front Gate/ Guest Relations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Sell daily admissions, processing season passes, and all other productsCheck all bags that enter the park and enforce all policiesReceive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debitsUpsell additional productsBe knowledgeable of all current promotional offersKeep a clean and safe work environmentMaintain the highest level of customer service standardsObtain knowledge of facility and amenities to assist customersFollow all park policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedQualifications:Must be at least 16 years of age or olderAbility to operate a computer and electronic devicesBasic math skills for balancing cash registerApproachable, outgoing and excited about upsellingBe aware, attentive, work well with others, and accept guidance and supervisionMust be able to work weekends and holidays to meet business needsBe efficient, friendly, engaging, energetic, enthusiastic, and fun Physical Demands:Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 25 poundsMust be able to stand or walk for extended periodsMust follow guidelines on staying hydrated, eating properly, and using sunscreen
