Our Warehouse Associate is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the warehouse, Inventory levels, purchasing, staging, shipping/receiving and field support. This individual takes pride in knowing that their attention to detail and organization skills set up a foundation for the company success.Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToWarehouse and Inventory Management (Manage Inventory System, Counts, At-Risk Items, Analysis of Trends, Supplies, Staging, Organization, etc.)Ordering, Shipping/Receiving, Delivery, Pick-upManage Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Returns and RMAsStaging and Job Preparation (Current/Future Jobs, Supplies, etc.)Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Inventory AuditsAssist in Project Installation (Deliver Product, Supplies, Etc.)Effective Communication with Sales and Installation TeamClean Warehouse, Offices and ShowroomAssist in Maintaining Company VehiclesQualifications And Skills2 Years of Equivalent Work ExperienceMust have valid driver’s license and clean driving recordMust be at least 18 years of age.Must have High School Degree or EquivalentMust be able to pass a criminal background check. (State Required License)Must provide own tools if required. (Laptop, Hand tools, Power tools, etc.)Must have the ability to provide own transportation if required.Must be fluent in the English languageBenefitsEmployment: Full-Time ContractHolidays: All full-time employees receive six paid federal holidays per year.New Year’s DayMemorial DayIndependence DayLabor DayThanksgiving DayChristmas DayPaid Time Off (PTO): All full-time employees are allotted 120 Hours (15 Days) of Paid Time Off (PTO). PTO is accrued at 5 hours per pay period and can be used for vacation, personal time or sick time.
