This role manages access control operations, credentialing, system integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and security compliance while partnering with Security, Facilities, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure a secure and efficient access management program.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAccess Control Administration\nAdminister and maintain the C•CURE 9000 access control platform and associated databases.\nProvision, modify, suspend, and revoke access permissions based on approved business requests.\nCreate and manage cardholder records, badges, access levels, schedules, and clearance groups.\nMaintain access control hardware inventory, including readers, controllers, panels, and associated devices.\nEnsure accuracy of cardholder data and access permissions.\nSystem Monitoring & Operations\nMonitor system health, alarms, and event activity.\nInvestigate and resolve access control incidents, system failures, and hardware outages.\nSupport badge printing, credential management, and visitor access processes.\nPerform routine audits of access permissions and security configurations.\nMaintain system documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.\nIntegration & Technical Support\nSupport integrations between CCure and enterprise systems such as:\nActive Directory\nHRIS platforms\nIdentity Management solutions\nVideo Management Systems (e.g., Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon)\nVisitor Management Systems\nCoordinate upgrades, patches, testing, and deployment activities.\nTroubleshoot software, database, network, and hardware issues.\nWork with vendors and support teams to resolve escalated issues.\nSecurity & Compliance\nConduct periodic access reviews to ensure compliance with security policies.\nMaintain audit records and support internal and external audits.\nEnsure adherence to company security standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.\nIdentify and mitigate physical security risks related to access control systems.\nAssist with incident investigations and security reporting.\nReporting & Analytics\nGenerate and distribute access control reports and metrics.\nCreate custom queries and reports to support security operations.\nAnalyze system activity and identify trends or anomalies.\nDevelop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for stakeholders.\nProject Support\nParticipate in physical security projects, facility expansions, and office moves.\nAssist with access control system implementations and migrations.\nCollaborate with Security, IT, Facilities, and business units on system enhancements.\nSupport disaster recovery and business continuity planning for security systems.\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA:\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field, or equivalent work experience.\n3+ years of experience administering CCure 9000 or similar enterprise access control systems.\nExperience with physical security technologies, badge management, and access control administration.\nKnowledge of Windows Server environments and Microsoft SQL Server.\nExperience troubleshooting network-connected security devices.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nDESIRABLE CRITERIA:\nSoftware House C•CURE 9000 certification.\nExperience supporting enterprise environments with multiple locations.\nKnowledge of physical security standards and compliance frameworks.\nFamiliarity with:\nLenel OnGuard\nGenetec Security Center\nMilestone Systems\nActive Directory\nPowerShell scripting\nSQL reporting and query development\nExperience with visitor management systems and identity governance solutions.\n\nThe EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
