You will be working on commercial and aerospace and defense products. You should have 2+ years of experience of related assembly experience.\n\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:\n\n1+ years of experience in cable assembly, wiring, or related manufacturing environments\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions\nProficiency with measurement tools like wire gauges, calipers, resistance meters, and digital multimeters\nStrong communication skills (written and oral) and attentive work ethic\nPhysical dexterity and mechanical aptitude to handle fine wires and small components\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification is a plus\nKnowledge of industry standards such as J-STD-001, IPC-620, or IPC-610 is preferred but not required\nWillingness to learn soldering techniques, including PTH or SMT, and connector assembly\nSchedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with every other Friday off.\nThink you know someone who'd be perfect for this role?
