Front Desk Coordinator

Job Description Automotive group looking for a Front Desk Coordinator with good office and reception experience.Duties:- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department- Help scan documents into document management system. - Keep inventory of office supplies and places orders.- File occasionally for various departments. - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records accurately- Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.- Assist with any tasks assigned. Qualifications:- High school diploma/GED- Must have administrative and receptionist experience- Attention to detail and organization skills.- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
