If you're passionate about AI and eager to make a significant impact, the Infosys Financial Services unit is the perfect place for you to grow and excel.\nArea of Responsibility Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion\nAct as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews\nSupport technical teams in managing production support operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and smooth change implementation\nMonitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations\nContribution Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery\nAbility to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication\nFocused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities\nFocus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions\nCommitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities\nRequired Skills and Experience Knowledge of enterprise Unified Communications engineering experience\nExperience with Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP trunking, and Oracle SBC\nAdvanced understanding of VoIP fundamentals (RTP, SRTP, codecs, QoS)\nSIP ladder analysis and call flow troubleshooting capability\nExperience managing TLS/SRTP encryption and certificate lifecycle\nPreferred Skills and Experience CCIE Collaboration is not required but is a plus\nExperience with Cisco Expressway, Webex Calling, or hybrid calling models\nExperience with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing\nExposure to Microsoft Power Platform integrations\nExperience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools\nParticipation in architecture review boards or design governance committees\nAdditional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
