Key responsibilities include managing business risks and controls, ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives, and leading the analysis of client performance. The role also involves preparing business reviews, coordinating key events, and building a robust network with global stakeholders. Applicants must have a proactive, problem-solving mindset, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across multiple disciplines and levels of seniority are essential. A familiarity with the global and Latin America macroeconomic environment, as well as an understanding of risks and controls, is required.
