To ensure the growth and development of our new hires, this position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met.\n\nScope:\n\nThe Microsection Inspection production operator performs the testing of products within the dry lab department.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n\nInvolved in the preparation and completion of work daily.\nAbility to work with chemicals such as but not limited to alcohol and acrylics.\nWorks on micro sections and has knowledge of different micro sections.\nPerforms the testing of the products and the completion of all documentation involved.\nCommunicates regularly to supervisors and managers, suggests and composes procedural changes, maintains a clean, safe work environment, and communicates to supervisors safety hazards and issues.\nGenerates, accumulates, and handles hazardous wastes generated in daily operations, as directed by the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager.\nResponsibilities include the reporting of all accidents, near misses and safety concerns. Perform their job duties utilizing the required and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
