**NO 3rd Parties or Sponsorship!Global Digital Program Manager (CX Platforms)Duration: 6 months+ extensionsLocation: 2-3 days onsite in Milwaukee, WIAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Global Digital Program Manager to lead a large-scale Customer Experience (CX) program spanning multiple regions, platforms, and delivery teams.This is a high-impact, program-level role focused on driving alignment, managing dependencies, and ensuring predictable delivery across a complex global portfolio. You'll work closely with business leaders, product teams, and external partners to keep initiatives on track and delivering value.What You'll DoOwn the end-to-end program plan across multiple workstreamsDrive cross-team coordination across product, engineering, regional teams, and vendorsLead quarterly/PI planning and align roadmap priorities with delivery capacityManage dependencies, risks, and escalations across global teamsOversee vendor and partner delivery to ensure timelines and quality are metProvide clear executive updates on progress, risks, and key decisionsEnsure readiness for releases (UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare)Support and guide Project Managers and Delivery LeadsPartner with business teams to drive adoption and value realizationWhat You Bring10+ years of experience in IT, digital, or transformation programs3–5+ years leading large, multi-workstream programsExperience working with global, cross-functional teams and external vendorsStrong skills in program governance, risk management, and executive reportingHands-on experience with Agile or hybrid delivery modelsFamiliarity with tools like Jira or Azure DevOpsBackground supporting digital platforms or enterprise systemsNice to HaveExperience with CX, digital commerce, or transformation programsExposure to Salesforce, MuleSoft, SAP, or similar platformsPMP, SAFe, Scrum, or related certificationsExperience working across US and LATAM (Spanish is a plus)
