Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office at a minimum of 3 set days a week (determined by leadership) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerforms required tasks in the deployment and configuration of technologies and tools used in software development, including build servers, version control systems, and automated testing frameworks.\nDesigns & develops applications server-side functionality and logic using various technologies: C#, VB.NET, ColdFusion, Java, Node.js, as well as databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL, PL/SQL, LINQ-to-Entities.\nSupports internal business specific applications accordingly with application life cycle stages (requirement gathering, design, develop, test, implement, and deploy) accordance with access control and vulnerability management to align with overall information security and business strategies.\nWorks together with the development team to resolve problems with infrastructure and software deployment by understanding the business processes with the intention of producing solutions that would automate, validate, and simplify their job responsibilities.\nDevelops and maintains API and associated data platform solution for Microsoft 365 cloud environment and other 3rd party cloud services using REST and SOAP APIs as well as manages the deployment and hosting of web applications on Microsoft Windows Servers through IIS, WordPress hosted websites on a Linux, Apache Web Server and Microsoft Power Platform.\nRegularly interacts and coordinates with other internal groups and customers on new system development or bug fixes/feature improvements.\nKeeps abreast of current DevOps and software development trends and best practices.\nCreates and maintains scripts and automation tools to simplify infrastructure administration and software deployment.\nWorks with senior DevOps staff to develop data workflows and ETL processes in support of company data and the data warehouse.\nDesigns & develops the User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) using various technologies/libraries/frameworks: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ReactJS, Bootstrap as needed.\nBasic Qualifications:\nPossesses a BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline, plus 2-4 years of directly related experience.\nExperience of database structure, object-oriented programming and software development processes and tools with agile development project integration and delivery.\nExperience in various languages, such as C#, VB, ColdFusion, HTML, JavaScript/JQuery, CSS.\nExperience using various technologies and frameworks, such as .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC.\nExperience with Microsoft 365 cloud environment including Azure, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platforms.\nStrong oral/written communication skills with customer-oriented attitude along with strong problem solving and analytic skills with collaboration.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nDirect experience with .NET development and other platform as well as scripting/application languages.\nDirect experience with database/workflow as well as Deltek Costpoint integration.\nDirect experience with application development full lifecycle processes.\nWorking in a team environment utilizing version control.\nWhy CTC?\nOur teams at CTC are passionate and thrive on collaboration in a team environment.\nWhen we encounter a difficult problem, we have a variety of talented and diverse employees that work together to solve the toughest challenges.\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nAlthough our work at CTC is extremely important, we also recognize the need for our employees to maintain a proper mix of work and personal life.\nVisit www.ctc.com (http://www.ctc.com/) to learn more!\nJoin us!
