We foster a growth mindset, empowering individuals to drive success while meeting evolving technological and business needs.\n\nJob Description\n\nOur Milpitas, CA Lab is looking for a detail-oriented Production Control coordinator to work between clients, the Production Control department and our team of scientists to reliably deliver timely client data. The Production Control coordinator will be responsible for proactively meeting the administrative support needs of the Engineering team & their clients.\nResponsibilities include:\nLog and track receipt and shipment of all samples.\nCreate and manage daily production.\nAnalyze production data and performance metrics.\nQuickly identify and resolve production bottlenecks or delays.\nLabel and store samples in accordance with documented procedures.\nSupport multiple departments and sites in a multi-functional fast-paced environment.\nMay perform courier duties as necessary to support lab and client needs.\nSchedule: Sundays to Thursdays, 3pm-12am\nThis role is located in Milpitas, CA. While we are unable to provide relocation assistance, we encourage local candidates to apply.\n\nQualifications\n\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree.\nKnowledge of inventory and materials management.\nUnderstanding of lead times, capacity, and resource allocation.\nWork independently under time constraints and ability to handle a multitude of tasks efficiently.\nIntegrity and discretion in dealing with confidential matters.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google docs.\nExcellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.\nAble to read in Chinese a plus.\nWe encourage you to apply even if your experience is not a 100% match with the position.
