American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN for a 13-week long-term care travel assignment requiring a minimum of 1 year of LTC experience and comfort with a high patient ratio of 1:44.Job Details• Long-term care (LTC) unit in a skilled nursing facility,• High patient ratio of 1:44,• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00-07:00),• Weekends required on an as-needed basis,• Epic EMR experience preferred but not required,• 13-week contract,Job Requirements• Current LPN/LVN license required prior to assignment start (pending license considered for initial application),• Minimum 1 year of LTC experience required; 2 years preferred,• Current BLS certification required,• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible,• Comfort with a high patient ratio of 1:44 required,• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration,• Skills checklist required for consideration,Additional Information• First-time travelers are welcome to apply,• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront; RTO requests made after placement will not be accommodated,• The facility maintains an attendance policy for travelers - missing more than two shifts in a 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review or cancellation,• Block scheduling is not available for this position,
