Product & Program Manager

Role SummaryThe Product & Program Manager is a hybrid leadership role responsible for driving both market-facing strategy and program execution. This individual will define and execute business development and product strategies while ensuring successful delivery of customer programs.You will bridge market insight, customer engagement, and internal execution—translating customer needs into product direction and ensuring projects are safely delivered to specification (Quality), on budget (Cost) and on time (Delivery). This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on program management.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Business DevelopmentDefine and execute value-based marketing and business development strategiesConduct market research, segmentation, and competitive analysisIdentify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunitiesDevelop and maintain sales forecasts and key performance indicatorsSupport and lead customer engagement with a consultative, solution-oriented approachContribute to RFQs, proposals, and new opportunity developmentProgram Management & ExecutionLead planning, coordination, and execution of customer programsDevelop, maintain, and communicate project plans using tools such as MS Teams and DropboxEnsure alignment of cross-functional teams and interdependent workstreamsMonitor project scope, cost, weight, timing, and investmentTrack deliverables, payments, and contractual milestonesEscalate risks and provide clear status updates to stakeholdersEnsure adherence to internal processes, including product development workflowsCross-Functional LeadershipDrive strong communication across engineering, supply chain, and commercial teamsProvide leadership, direction, and accountability to achieve company goalsDeliver a world-class customer experienceSupport operational readiness for new programs and market expansionStep in to manage critical activities or special projects as neededQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field3-5 years of combined experience in program management, product management, or business developmentProven experience managing multiple programs simultaneouslyDemonstrated success in business development or revenue growth ($10M+ exposure preferred)Strong understanding of technical products and consultative sales approachesStrong financial background in building and delivering profitable P&L and positive cash flowExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferredExperience with high-pressure gas systems, automotive, aerospace, or similar industriesFamiliarity with standards such as NGV2, HGV2, or GTR13Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration toolsHighly self-motivated, reliable, and detail-orientedAdditional InformationTravel may be required to support customers, suppliers, and partnersThis role may support a variety of active and emerging programs across industrial, automotive, defense, UAV, and marine applicationsAdditional RequirementsApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
