Engineers within this track contribute to yield, quality, and throughput improvements through hands-on troubleshooting, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and technical innovation. This role evolves from entry-level learning and support to senior technical leadership and strategic project ownership.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Monitor costs and update them as appropriate. Conduct process experiments; collect, organize, and analyze data to inform decisionsPerform hands-on troubleshooting of recipes, tools, or process-related issuesIdentify non-conforming product or conditions; conduct root cause analysisParticipate in or lead process improvement projects (e.g., yield, cycle time, cost)Support the development and qualification of new products or toolsDocument and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Train technicians or operators to ensure safe and consistent process executionCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier/vendor teamsMaintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.Live the company culture of integrity, teamwork, self-discipline and professional competence.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
