You will manage a range of management program assistant duties in support of the Principal Assistant Deputy Administrator (PADA) for Production Modernization and Materials Management Programs and other Federal and contractor staff as assigned.\n\nYou will work onsite at the DOE Headquarters Forrestal Building, located in Washington, DC. You’ll work at least 3 days each week onsite, with remote work available as approved by the client.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\nProvide business management support to the PADA.\nManage executive schedules in a dynamic environment, including multiple sequential meetings in classified and unclassified settings.\nArrange classified and unclassified conferences, meetings, and teleconferences.\nManage logistics for executive travel.\nAssist staff with corporate business systems, such as the Federal Travel Management System, Concur travel, Learning Nucleus, eDocs, WADCS, and SharePoint.\nWork in a team and network of professionals to ensure cohesion and alignment throughout the larger organization.\nConsolidate weekly reports.\nCoordinate correspondence and action items, including preparing, editing, and uploading documents.\nManage visit access procedures and requirements, including greeting high-level visitors.\nParticipate in various regularly scheduled meetings by preparing senior leadership, providing status and recommendations, tracking actions, and facilitating interactions.\nCommunicate and interact with diverse teams of people across a large national security organization.\n\nWhat You Will Need:\nActive DOE Q or DoD Top Secret security clearance.\n5 or more years of professional experience in a similar role, demonstrated clearly on your resume.\nProven record working in a team with personnel at various levels of seniority.\nExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.\nKeen organizational, detail-orientation, and administrative skills.\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity:\nAt TechSource, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity, recognizing that our differences drive innovation, growth, and better results for our customers.
