Senior Workplace Strategist

Savills, a leading, global commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a Senior Workplace Strategist, to be located in the Tampa or Atlanta office, for its North American Workplace Studio. The role is to assist the Head of the Savills Workplace Studio in leading, managing and growing the firm’s workplace practice, specifically knowledgeable in the Southeast commercial market and across all industry sectors. Savills has offices in 30+US cities and 600 locations globally. The culture is meritocratic, collegial and highly entrepreneurial, within a framework of collaboration and sharing.As a senior leader in the group, the Sr. Workplace Strategist will source and execute workplace consulting projects, manage, and provide workplace resources for client teams, and participate in “pitch” meetings to strengthen the firm’s business development efforts.The Sr. Workplace Strategist will help clients develop strategies and approaches to enable their employees to work more effectively, invest in their workspaces and work-from-anywhere technologies to improve talent attraction, retention, and productivity and further the client’s business mission. The role will be to work with clients to understand their culture, technology, work methodology and business goals and then execute workplace observation, measurement studies, elicit data and other feedback from clients to make appropriate recommendations, and guide them to a decision.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLeading and assisting the Workplace Studio with strategic projects to win new business and deliver high-quality outcomes.Supporting senior leadership in the Atlanta office by preparing pitch materials and responding to RFPs for the Southeast region.Managing multiple client engagements concurrently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Conducting research activities to address client needs and leading workplace analyses (utilization, space analysis).Analyzing diverse data sources to generate insightful recommendations.Formulating strategic recommendations and building consensus with client leadership.Collaborating with clients to understand their challenges and align with their transformative goals.Leading user groups and workshops to diagnose challenges and translate into actionable insights.Partnering with cross-functional teams to address complex issues related to design strategy and organizational culture.Coordinating project support tasks, including meeting notes, scheduling, and progress tracking.QualificationsBS/BA degree in interior design, architecture, or related field.5+ years’ experience in occupier-focused Architecture, Design, Corporate Real Estate Consulting, with a strong emphasis on Workplace Strategy.Ability to build and sustain client relationships while delivering exceptional service.Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.Self-starter with strong analytical skills and experience in data collection and analysis.Proficient in:Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUpPower BI and TableauAdobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work in person in the office 3-4 days a week.Ability to travel; travel will likely be 20% with minimal overnights.Savills values a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
