Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.\n\nAssist in recruitment process including job posting and recruiting metrics.\n\nDelegates duties and assign responsibilities to staff.\n\nCompletes and processes performance reviews.\n\nAssist in development of Team Members, conducts interviews, and participates in the selection, hiring, coaching, retention and termination process.\n\nInvestigate incidents and/or guest complaints, compiling data for accurate reporting.\n\nSchedule rotation of officers throughout officer posts.\n\nConduct training with officers.\n\nEnsure all policies and procedures are being followed and monitored during the shift.\n\nMay be asked to operate a company vehicle and/or equipment that require a valid Driver’s License.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES\n\nManagement abilities demonstrated in managing security operational effectiveness.\n\nMaintain interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.\n\nOral and written communication skills.\n\nKnowledge of the Emergency Disaster Plan Manual.\n\nWillingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of the Security department.\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\n\n1-3 years of experience as a security guard/law enforcement agent\n\n2-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience is preferred\n\nAbility to obtain a valid racing license.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
