Terminal Manager – Moving & Storage Operations Location: Waco, Texas Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually Employment Type: Full-time/ Salary About the Role We're opening a new terminal in Waco and looking for an experienced Terminal Manager to lead operations from the ground up. You'll oversee daily logistics, manage a team of drivers and warehouse staff, and ensure our customers receive reliable, professional moving services. Responsibilities Manage all terminal operations including dispatching, scheduling, and regional fleet coordination Hire, train, and supervise drivers, helpers, and warehouse personnel Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep Resolve local service issues Coordinate with national leadership on capacity planning and growth initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of experience in moving, logistics, or transportation operations Previous supervisory or management experience required Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency with dispatch software and basic office applications Valid driver's license; CDL a plus but not required Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
